This is assumed to correspond to the solubility of the non-ionised form.

Additional information

Four reliable literature data sources were identified, and three provide consistent water solubility values, ranging between 8 and 12 g/L. For Lide (2008-2009), only a qualitative assessment was provided. However, in all of them, the information of pH was missing, so they were regarded as Supporting data only, due to pKa falling into the environmentally-relevant pH range (pKa = 8,9; see IUCLID section 4.21). 


Römpp (2007) was selected as Key, as the temperature was specified.


The magnitude of order was confirmed by QSAR prediction (BFS, 2023), for the non-ionised form to be consistent with logKow determination. But since this form is not relevant in actual environmental pH conditions, it was kept as Supporting too.
