PBT assessment: overall result

PBT status:
the substance is not PBT / vPvB

According to the ECHA guidance on PBT/vPvB assessment (version 3.0, 2017) Speedcure EDB is regarded as not bioaccumulative (B) nor very bioaccumulative (vB) and toxic (T). As the B criterion is not fulfilled, the registered substance is therefore not a PBT or vPvB substance.

In addition, the biotic degradation products of the registered substance were identified via the in silico tool EAWAG-BBD Pathway Prediction System, and their P and B properties were screened via US EPA EPISUITE. None of the degradation products fulfilled PBT/vPvB criteria.
