The screening assessment of the available data for dicyclopentadiene indicates that conclusion (i) is appropriate for this substance as stipulated below.

 

Conclusion (i): The substance does not fulfil the PBT and vPvB criteria.

 

Therefore, the PBT/vPvB assessment stops at this point. An exposure assessment and risk characterisation as for a non-PBT/vPvB substance may however be required if the substance is dangerous in accordance with the classification criteria of Regulation EC No 1272/2008.
