Information on biocides
Siin on teave biotsiidide kohta, mis on ELi/EMP turul heaks kiidetud vastavalt biotsiididirektiivile (direktiiv 98/8/EÜ) või biotsiidimäärusele (määrus (EL) nr 528/2012).
Kõigi heakskiidetud toimeaineid sisaldavate biotsiidide ohutust ja tõhusust hinnatakse, enne kui need lubatakse ELis turule. Enne 2000. aastat turul olnud biotsiide võib siiski edasi müüa seni, kuni ametiasutused hindavad neis sisalduvaid toimeaineid.
Kuidas otsida?
Biotsiide saab otsida järgmiste andmete alusel:
kaubanduslik nimetus;
tooteliik;
toimeaine (võimaldab otsida toimeaineid, millest on teada, et need kuuluvad asendamisele);
loa andmed (nt loa valdaja või loanumber);
toote üksikasjad (näiteks kasutusteave, nt sihtorganism ja toote kasutusmeetod, või ohu- ja hoiatuslaused).
Tootelubade liigid
Olemas on kolm loaliiki:
Lihtsustatud load Nendel biotsiididel on soodsam keskkonda mõjutav või inim- ja loomatervise profiil ning seetõttu kohaldatakse nende suhtes lihtsamat menetlust. Luba avaldatakse koos biotsiidi turule laskmise teadetega.
Liidu load Neid biotsiide on lubatud turule lasta kogu ELis/EMPs ja Šveitsis.
Riiklikud load Need biotsiidid on heaks kiidetud teatavates ELi riikides. Luba avaldatakse koos seonduvate vastastikuste tunnustamistega teistes liikmesriikides, kus biotsiid on turule lubatud.
Kuidas teavet esitatakse?
Biotsiidid esitatakse loarühmadena, st tooterühmadena, kus vastastikused tunnustamised (riikliku tooteloa laiendused teistele turupiirkondadele) esitatakse koos vastavate lubadega. See võimaldab jälgida kõiki turupiirkondi, kus konkreetset biotsiidi turustatakse, samuti kõiki kaubanduslikke nimetusi, mille all seda turustatakse. Sama biotsiidiloa menetluse alusel loa saanud biotsiidid on samas rühmas.
Tooterühmade põhimõtet rakendatakse ka otsingutele. See tähendab, et tulemuste tabelis kuvatakse tooterühmad, mis sisaldavad vähemalt ühte otsingukriteeriumidele vastavat luba. Seega, kui otsite näiteks loa olekut „heaks kiidetud“, kuvatakse kõik tooterühmad, kus vähemalt üks luba sisaldab seda konkreetset olekut.
Tulemuste tabelis on teave tooterühma tasandil; konkreetse toote loa lisateavet saate selle toote teabelehelt. Igal tootel on eraldi teabeleht, mis sisaldab kehtivate kaubanduslike nimetuste, dokumentide ja loaomanike teavet iga üksiku tooteloa kohta, sh toote hindamise ajalugu. Teabeleht on kättesaadav tulemuste tabelis silmaikooni kaudu.
Biotsiidide võrdlemine
Saate võrrelda kuni nelja biotsiidi, et näha nende omadusi, nt toimeaineid, kontsentratsioone, kasutusteavet ning ohu- ja hoiatuslauseid.
Suurem osa võrdlusvahendis sisalduvast teabest pärineb toote omaduste kokkuvõttest. Toote omaduste kokkuvõte on kättesaadav ainult biotsiidide kohta, mis on saanud loa alates 2016. aastast. Kui toote omaduste kokkuvõte esitati enne 1. jaanuari 2016, kuvatakse selle biotsiidi kohta võrdlusvahendis üksnes piiratud teavet: kaubanduslikud nimetused, turupiirkond, toimeaine (ilma kontsentratsioonita) ja tooteliik.
Tulemuste eksportimine
Biotsiidide tulemusi saab eksportida ECHA veebilehe standardvormingutes (XLS, CSV ja XML). Eksporditud tulemused on järjestatud lubade kaupa, nt iga luba on eraldi real.
Ekspordifaili veerg „sihtorganism“ on kolme välja kombinatsioon: üldnimetus, teaduslik nimetus ja arengustaadium, näiteks: rott (Rattus norvegicus), täiskasvanud.
NB! Tehniliste piirangute tõttu kuvatakse praegu ainult piiratud arv tühistatud ja aegunud lube. Need avaldatakse järk-järgult.
Allalaaditav loend (väljavõte biotsiidiregistrist (R4BP 2))
Allolev allalaaditav fail sisaldab direktiivi 98/8/EÜ (biotsiididirektiiv) ja määruse (EL) nr 528/2012 (biotsiidimäärus) kohaseid lube, mis eksporditi R4BP 2 IT-süsteemist 1. septembril 2013.
NB! Allolev allalaaditav loend põhineb andmetel, mis sisaldusid süsteemis R4BP 2 1. septembril 2013. Need andmed ei pruugi olla täielikud ega täiesti ajakohased.
