Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Vapour pressure (20°C): 2.88 X 10e-8 Pascals (2.16 X 10e-10 mm Hg)
Vapour pressure (25°C): 3.69 X 10e-8 Pascals (2.76 X 10e-10 mm Hg)
Executive summary:

The study was conducted to determine the vapour pressure of the test substance according to the guidelines OECD 104 and OPPTS 830.7950.

The vapour pressure of the test item was determined at three gas flow rates (approximately 10, 15, and 20 mL/min) and at three temperatures (30, 40, and 50°C). The analysis of the test substance, the active ingredient, was conducted using a validated LC-MS/MS method. The mean vapour pressure values were 4.93 × 10e-8, 6.76× 10e-8 and 1.19 × 10e-7 Pa at 30, 40, and 50°C, respectively. A vapour pressure curve was plotted using inverse value of experimental temperature in K (1/T) on X-axis and vapour pressure (Log P) on Y-axis. The vapour pressure of the test item at 20 and 25°C was calculated using slope and intercept of the regression line.

Vapour pressure (20°C): 2.88 X 10e-8 Pascals (2.16 X 10e-10 mm Hg)

Vapour pressure (25°C): 3.69 X 10e-8 Pascals (2.76 X 10e-10 mm Hg)
