Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Validity criteria fulfilled:
- no
- Conclusions:
- The calculated base line toxicity to earthworms is LC50 of 240.322 ppm or mg/kg soil.
- Executive summary:
The base line toxicity was calculated. Under the provision that no other than narcotic mode of action is relevant and the prediction can be based on log Kow , water solubility and melting point only the QSAR model predicts for DCDPS an LC50 of 240.322 ppm for effects of DCDPS to earthworms.
However the QSAR is invalid with regard to the OECD criteria (Series on Testing and Assessment No. 69, Validation of QSAR).
