Based on weight of evidence approach, 1,2,3-Trichloropropane has a boiling point of 157 °C at 101.325 kPa.
Data from two different phys-chem. handbooks and from one scientific
publication have been evaluated in the 2004 SIDS dossier. Even though
handbook data usually do not give details on the test item or on the
methodology used, and the publication is referring to handbook data as
well, the available data set is considered robust, since all data
indicate a boiling point of 1,2,3 -Trichloropropane in the range of 156
- 157 °C. The value of 157 °C at 101.325 kPa as highlighted above is
taken from Lide 2008, CRC Handbook of Chemistry and Physics.
