Description of key information

Reaction mass of 2,2'-oxybisbutane (DSBE), DIPE, SBA and 2-methylpropan-2-ol (TBA) does not dissociate in water. The main components of the substance are alcohols and ethers which do not act as acid or basic groups in water. According to ECHA guidance Chapter R.7a if substance cannot dissociate due to lack of relevant functional groups, the dissociation constant is irrelevant.
