Conclusions:
Urine and feces of F344 rats (4 animals/sex/concentration) were collected for 48 hours after inhalational exposure (head only) for 6 hours to 24, 235 and 470 mg [14C]1,2-dichloropropane/m3. 55 - 65 % of the recovered radioactivity was detected in urine and 6.3 - 9.7 % was detected in feces; 16 - 23 % of the radioactivity was exhaled as CO2.
