Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

Data from an OECD 305C guideline study on bioaccumulation, conducted in carp at 0.4 and 0.04 mg substance/L, demonstrated limited or no potential for1,2-dichloropropaneto bioaccumulate (BCF = 0.5-7; MITI, 1992). The published data present only limited methodological details. This low/no potential for bioaccumulation is supported by a calculated BCF of 1.29 (Howard, 1990; McKayet al., 1993).
