Additional information

According to “ANNEX VII- STANDARD INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBSTANCES MANUFACTURED OR IMPORTED IN QUANTITIES OF 1 TONNE OR MORE , study for Explosive properties does not need  to be conducted if: —there are no chemical groups associated with explosive properties present in the molecul  Expert Judgement   Due to the absence of chemical groups associated with Explosive properties or other structural alerts  this substance is not considered to exhibit  Explosiveness. There are no chemical groups associated with explosive properties present in the molecules. This product is generally non explosive as well on the basis of the chemical structure.   Therefore testing for Explosive properties does not need to be performed.

Justification for classification or non-classification

S-allyl O-pentyl dithiocarbonatedo not meet EU criteria for explosivity.

In accordance with column 2 of Annex VII, the explosive properties study does not need to be conducted as there are no chemical groups associated with explosive properties present in the molecule.
