From the water surface, the substance will not evaporate into the atmosphere.

The test substance is soluble in water and dissociates to morpholinium and toluene-4 -sulphonate.
The only available information are the calculated Henry's Law Constants of the dissociation products. The HLC for morpholine has been estimated to be 0.0116 Pa*m3/mol with HENRYWIN v3.20 (2007). The HLC for toluene-4 -sulphonate has been estimated to be 2.81E-4 Pa*m3/mol with HENRYWIN v3.20 (2013). Both values suggest that the test substance is essentially non-volatile.
