Description of key information

In a GLP study in accordance with EC test method A.3 and OECD Guideline 109, the density of cerium trichloride was determined to be 2.25 g/mL at 23.6 ± 0.5 °C, applying the gas comparison pycnometer method (Walker, 2012).

Additional information

The influence of a slightly deviating test temperature (23.6°C instead of 20°C) is not considered significant for this solid substance.
