Additional information

A study on the bioaccumulation of DPG (1,3 -diphenylguanidine), following test regulations similar to OECD 305C (1981), exposing Cyprinus carpio for 6 weeks in a flow through system (0.2 - 0.8 ml/min; 25 +/-2°C; O2 content: 6 -8 mg/l; solubilizer was not specified), permitted to estimate a BCF of <2 and <20 at exposure concentration of 0.1 and 0.01 mg/l respectively. The substance concentration in the test medium was analyzed twice a week (CITI, 1992). BCF was determined to be lower than 20 L/kg.
