Additional information

The water solubility of Guanidine carbonate was investigated in a study following OECD TG 105. The test substance was dissolved at 30 ± 0.5°C for at least 24 h and equilibration at 22 ± 2°C for again 24 h, both by using a magnetic stirrer. The water solubility of Guanidine carbonate was determined to be stable after 72 h. The initially added amount of test substance was 500 g per L deionised water. Based on the measured concentrations, the water solubility was determined to be 450 g/L at 22 ± 2°C.
