Justification:

From the data presented on biodegradation it is concluded that the submission substance is neither persistent (not P) nor very persistent (not vP) in the environment. From the data on log Kow it is concluded that the submission substance is neither bioaccumulative (not B) nor very bioaccumulative (not vB).

 

Based on the results from acute and chronic aquatic toxicity studies, the substance is considered not toxic (not T). Furthermore, the submission substance is not classified for CMR or STOT RE properties. Therefore, the submission substance does not meet the T criterion.

 

In conclusion, the submission substance does not meet the PBT/vPvB criteria according to REACH Annex XIII.

Likely routes of exposure:

Exposure considerations are not required as the substance is not PBT / vPvB.
