Additional information

According the the Fugacity assessment study (IUCLID 5.4.3), 41% of chlorendic acid, the hydrolysis product of chlorendic anhydride, partitions to water. However, long-term aquatic studies are waived on the grounds that the study also demonstrates degradation of chlorendic acid in the water compartment was significant. Furthermore, the Log10 Pow at 1.39 and the fish-water partition coefficient of 1.23 for chlorendic acid, shows that it is not bioaccumulative.
