Additional information

The original water solubility publication contains only the result but did not give any methods which had been used. For this reason a weight-of-evidence-approach was untertaken using additional data from analytical monitoring of ecotox studies in daphnia and algae. The solubilities in the daphnia medium was 0.115 mg/L at 20°C and 0.16 mg/L at 20°C in the algae medium. Obviously the three results are in the same order of magnitude. It cannot be excluded that the media for daphnia and algae may have a solubilising effect, and the solubulity in these media is slightly higher compared to pure water. As the guidelines for the determination of the water solubility require pure water as the medium, the result (0.0961 mg/L at 25°C) from Baughman (1988) is finally taken as key value.
