Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets

Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

It is considered scientifically justifiable to omit an experimental investigation for this endpoint:

The test substance needs the presence of a liquid mineral oil solvent and a removal of this solvent is not appropriate for testing. The diluent oil is hydrocarbon based (C/H), which is necessary to control the viscosity during execution of chemical reactions.

Long term handling experience (downstream formulations, blending operations) confirm that the substance is very stable.

The substance is not completely soluble in some very polar low molecular weight organic solvents (i.e. alcohols, esters, ketones, ethers). However, no reactions between these solvents and the functional groups of the substance are expected.
