Acute tests on all three trophic levels were performed to examine the aquatic toxicity of ´2-Propyn-1-ol, compound with methyloxirane´. The acute tests resulted in nominal concentrations above 100 mg/L. Thus, the described submission item is considered to be acutely not harmful to aquatic organisms.

No data on long-term toxicity on fish and aquatic invertebrates are available. The hazard assessment of ´2-Propyn-1-ol, compound with methyloxirane´ reveals neither a need to classify the substance as dangerous for the environment, nor is it a PBT or vPvB substance.
