In a GLP compliant adsorption coefficient study conducted in accordance with standardised guidelines, the adsorption coefficient of the test substance was determined using the HPLC screening method. Under the conditions of the test, the Koc of the substance was determined to be 1.77x10^3 indicating that the test substance has low environmental mobility. Using the data in the section above, the partitioning within a sewage treatment plant has been predicted with EUSES Model 2.1.2. Significant partitioning to water is predicted by EUSES while significant partitioning to soil is predicted by the EPISuite fugacity model.
