The vapour pressure of the substance was determined by QSAR calculation using ACD and EPISuite (MPBPVP v1.43). In the description of the ACD calculation the necessary applicability domain assessment is missing and the recommended reliability is RL=4. Therefore this study was used in a weight of evidence approach together with the MPBPVP calculation (RL=2), which uses the experimentally determined boiling point (171.3 °C at 102.4 kPa) as input data. The vapour pressure of the hydrolysis product methylsilanetriol was determined by QSAR calculation using EPISuite (MPBPVP v1.43).
