Chlorodiphenylphosphine may adsorb to soil particles in dry soil. However, the substance violently reacts with water and forms other substances, mainly expected diphenyl phosphinus oxide (CAS 4559 -70 -0) and HCl. Therefore, the adsorption potential is altered in wet soil.
