First-aid measures

After first-aid, arrange for transport to nearest medical facility for examination and treatment by a physician.  Move the unconcious victim to safety area and make sure the victim sees a physician immediately.

EYE CONTACT: Open the eyelids wide and rinse all parts of the eyes gently with plenty of clean water for at least 15 minutes.  Let the water run out of eyelide and eyeball's outer corners. Do not move the victim until rinsing the eye.

SKIN CONTACT: Continure to wash the affected area with plenty of water until the feeling of soapiness disappear.

INHALATION: Remove the victim from the contamination immediately to fresh air and make the victim gargle with water and have complete rest.

INGESTION: Immediately make the victim vomit if it is possible, because this product is considerable danger to react gastric acid.

Fire-fighting measures

Be careful not to wash away into shower or waterway.

EXTINGUISHING MEDIA: Dry chemical powder, foam, dry sand or water spray.

NEVER USE FOR EXTINGUISHING: Direct water jet, carbon dioxide extinguisher.

SPECIFIC HAZARDS WITH REGARD TO FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES: Be careful not to breathe toxic gases which may be generated by thermal decomposition during a fire.

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT FOR FIRE-FIGHTER: Firefighters should wear suitable protective equipment (gloves, glasses, respirator, etc.).

Accidental release measures

FOR HUMAN: Evacuate non-essential personnel. Wear suitable protective equipment (gloves, glasses, respirator). Ventilate well when necessary.

FOR ENVIRONMENT: Prevent spills from entering sewerage, water courses or low areas.

REMOVAL MEASURES: Absorb spills with inert material (e.g. dry sand or earth), then place in chemical waste containers. For large spills, dike for later disposal. Do not try to neutralise with acids. Flush the least residual spill with copious amounts of water.

PREVENT THE SECOND DISASTER: Shut off all source of ignition, no flares, smoking or flames in the area. Prepare the fire extinguisher. Let anybody not to enter the area because it has risk of expanding the disaster. Hold the chemical waste containers with records of releases until disposal.

Handling and storage

HANDLING

TECHNICAL MEASURES: Work out measures to avoid this product flying to bits or raising when you use.

CAUTION: Wear suitable protective equipment.

SPECIFIC SAFETY HANDLING POINTS: Separate from acids and oxidising materials. Handle this in the well ventilated area. After use this wash hands and face well. Gargle with water if you need.

STORAGE

SUITABLE STORAGE CONDITION: Keep container tightly closed in well-ventilated spaces. Do not store near acids and oxidising materials.

Exposure controls / personal protection

1. Technical protection measures: Make suitable adequate ventilation if large quantity of mist is generated or even small quantity of mist, the situation is continued. Make available emergency shower and eyes wash in the work area. Improve equipoment which is obeyed the law, of regulations about chemical products.

2. Organisational protection measures: Not established

3. Hand protection: Chemical resistant gloves

4. Feet protection:

5. Body protection: Work gloves with long sleeves

6. Eye protection: Safety goggles

7. Respiratory protection: For most conditions, no respiratory protection should be needed.

Stability and reactivity

STABILITY: Stability was noted under normal condition.

SELF-REACTIVITY: No self-reactivity was noted under normal conditions. Contact with acids or oxidising materials, carbon disulphide or hydrogen sulphide may be generated by decomposition.

INCOMPATABILITY (Specific materials to be avoided): Do not mix it with acids or oxidising materials. Do not use for container which alkaline corrodes.

Disposal considerations

Burn in a chemical incinerator equipped with an afterburner. Do not dump into sewers, on the ground or into any body of water. Follow all regulations in your country.
