Description of key information

Activated sludge was exposed to diphenyl cresyl phosphate in a 3 hour

respiration inhibition study acording to OECD 209 (Kanne, 1987). The 3 -hour EC50 was reported to be >10000 mg/L (the highest concentration tested), the corresponding NOEC was 10000 mg/L.

Additional information

Activated sludge was exposed to diphenyl cresyl phosphate in a 3 hour respiration inhibition study acording to OECD 209 (Kanne, 1987). The 3-hour EC50 was reported to be >10000 mg/L (the highest concentration tested), the corresponding NOEC was 10000 mg/L. Therefore, no PNEC can be derived as no effects were seen up to the limit of the water solubility.
