Additional information

The viscosity is a property that is measured for fluids only. Even though there is no adaptation rules in Annex IX, column 2 of REACH Regulation (EC n. 1907/2006), the measure of viscosity is waived for solids. In fact, the viscosity is the defined as (inner) resistance of a substance (gas, liquid) to a shift caused by laminar flow.
