A number of published values are available for the autoignition temperature of ethyl acetate. One of these is from a source regarded as reliable and this is used as the key value. The range of values available is somewhat broad (105C). The key parameter used is also prudent in that it is only 1C greater than the lowest cited value for the auto-ignition temperature..
