Additional information

The long-term toxicity of Phthalocyanines to Daphnia magna was investigated by a limit key study on CAS 1328 -53 -6 following OECD guideline 211. Daphnia magna was exposed to the substance for 21 days. Regarding the reproduction of the animals no effect was observed at the highest test concentration of 1 mg/L. Therefore, the 21 -d NOEC of >= 1 mg/l was determined (nominal, BASF AG, 2000, rep. no.: 01/034/51/1). The study was run without analytical monitoring. No solvent was used during the study. Undissolved test substance was left in the stock solution.
