Additional information

In this study the influence of 4-OH TEMPO on zebrafish (Brachidanio rerio) was investigated according to EU-method C.1 and OECD guideline 203. Fish were exposed to the test item for 96 hours under semi-static conditions. The frequency of the renewal periods was daily. The fish were exposed to 125, 200, 350, 550 and 1000 mg/L of test substance. The 96 h LC50 value was determined as 545 mg/L and the 96 h LC100 was determined to be 1000 mg/L.
