In a 21-day chronic toxicity study Daphnia magna were exposed to the test substance at nominal concentrations of 0 0.22, 0.46, 1.0, 2.2 and 4.6 mg/L (nominal) under semi-static conditions in accordance with the OECD guideline 211 [BASF SE 2013]. The EC10 for the most sensitive endpoint (reproduction) was determined to be 0.521 mg/L (nominal).
