In a study performed according to the OECD guideline 202, the toxicity of N-(3 -aminopropyl)iminodiethanol (APDEA) to Daphnia magna was conducted (Shi Lili, 2011).

Under valid test conditions, the 48h EC50 is 6.2 mg/L corresponding to 5.6 mg active ingredient (a.i.)/L (based on nominal concentration).
