Description of key information

Silver metal does not contain a surplus of oxygen or any structural groups known to be correlated with a tendency to react exothermally with combustible material. In contrast, silver, as a metallic element may itself become oxidised, forming silver oxides. It is scientifically implausible that silver would have any oxidising properties in the sense that it would require hazard classification for this end-point. Thus, a study is waived since it is scientifically unjustified.
