The melting point was found at 1533°C according to the determination of the melting point by TG-DTA.
The result is based on a GLP study according to OECD guideline 102.
During the entire experiment, four mass loss steps were observed. The
origins of these mass loss steps were related to the decomposition and
evaporation of impurities (probably below ~500°C) and the release of
oxygen at higher temperatures. The last response starting at an
extrapolated onset temperature of 1533°C was related to melting.
