Additional information

A BASF GLP study (11L00576) was conducted according to OECD 104 to determine the vapour pressure of 2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole by using the gas saturation method. The vapour pressure of 2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole was determined to be 0.00028 hPa at 20°C, 0.00052 hPa at 25 °C and 0.0084 hPa at 50 °C. This result is regarded to be reliable for 2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole and was chosen as key value for the vapour pressure.
