Conclusion on classification

As the LC/EC50 values determined in the acute aquatic toxicity tests were determined to be above the limit of solubility, classification in Categories 1 to 3 is not required. The Chronic Category 4 classification was therefore deemed to be appropriate as the substance is not rapidly degradable and was determined to have an experimental BCF value ≥500.
