Published handbook data report the melting point of urea to be 133.3 degrees Celsius; a value of 134 degrees Celsius is reported in a proprietary, Guideline-compliant study.
The melting point of urea at atmospheric pressure is reported to be
133.3 degrees Celsius (CRC Handbook, 2006); the melting point of urea
was measured to be 134 °C by differential scanning calorimetry (Gwerder
et al, 2009).
