Persistence

Based on results from a valid ready biodegradability study the substance is considered to not fulfil the P criteria for PBT assessment.

Bioaccumulation

Based on results from a valid fish bioconcentration study the substance is considered to not fulfil the B criteria for PBT assessment.

Toxicity

With a LOAEL of 100 mg/kg bw/d retrieved from a valid oral OECD 422 study, the substance needs to be classified for its repeated dose toxicity properties according to CLP (STOT RE 2, H373).

Overall conclusion on PBT assessment

While the substance fulfils the T criteria, it is at the same time not fulfilling the P and the B criteria. Therefore, the substance is not PBT or vPvB.
