Female dental nurses (n=799) were inquired about skin, respiratory symptoms, atopy, work history, and methods at work to determine the prevalence of occupational dermatitis against BPA. Only one case (0.1%) of allergic contact dermatitis against BPA was identified as a cause of occupational dermatitis in the surveyed population.
