Description of key information

The 14 days LC50 value of N,N-dimethyl-p-toluidine in fish was estimated to be 24.892 mg/L. Based on this, it can be concluded that exposure to this substance beyond 96- hours will not have any influence on its toxicity to fish because the 14 -day LC 50 value (24.892 mg/l) is comparable with those of 96 hour LC 50 value (24.335 mg/l) as mentioned in the section 6.1.1 ECOSAR - 1 of this registration dossier.
