Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

 Run  Log10[VP (25°C)]
 1  2.51
 2  2.55
 3  2.52
 Mean  2.53
 Vapour Pressure  336 Pa

The test substance did not undergo any change in appearance under the conditions used in the determination.

Conclusions:
The vapour pressure of the test substance has been determined to be 336 Pa at 25 ºC.
Executive summary:

Introduction

The vapour pressure of the test substance was determined using a method designed to be compatible with Method A.4 Vapour Pressure of Commission Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 of 30 May 2008 and Method 104 of the OECD Guidelines for Testing of Chemicals, 23 March 2006.

Method

The vapor pressure was determined using an isoteniscope system in which the sample's vapor pressure was measured using a mercury-in-glass manometer. The temperature of the sample was regulated by use of a silicone oil bath. Three separate runs were undertaken and the vapour presure calculated as the mean of the three results.

Results and Conclusion

The vapour pressure of the test substance has been determined to be 336 Pa at 25 ºC.
