According to Column 2 of Annex VII of the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) legislation, a particle size distribution study does not need to be conducted if the substance does not contain any groups that would indicate flammability. Upon analysis of the test substance Methylene bis(dibutyldithiocarbamate) structure, it does not contain any groups that would indicate the substance is flammable, therefore, the flammability study has been waived .
