The substance with CAS 133-66-4 is with high probability acutely not harmful to daphnids.

The acute toxicity study with Daphnia magna on a close structural analogue (CAS 16090-92-1).point to the fact that the tested substance is not acutely harmful to aquatic invertebrates (Laus 2002, RCC 1988). The chosen key study contains an EC50 value greater than 100 mg/L.

Therefore also the substance with CAS 133-66-4 is considered with high probability acutely not harmful to daphnids.
