Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

Data on the toxicity of a close structural analogue to soil macroorganisms are available. These data substantiate that the LC50 value on the tested organisms were higher than 1000 mg/kg dry weight of soil nominal

Furthermore, the acute aquatic toxicity assessment covering all trophic levels and a long term study on daphnids reveal neither a need to classify the substances of the category as dangerous for the environment, nor are they PBT or vPvB substances. Based on these data it is concluded that the risk to terrestrial organisms is expected to be low.

Therefore, toxicity studies on terrestrial plants are not provided.
