Additional information

One study on a close structural analogue (CAS 16090 -02 -1) concerning bioaccumulation is available. Generally tissue concentrations were too low to be quantified (CIBA-GEIGY 1973). In very few cases, values close to the sensitivity limit (0.03 mg/kg) had been measured. Therefore the bioaccumulation potential of the test substance is considered negligible.

It is assumed that the bioaccumulation potential of the substance CAS 133 -66 -4 is negligible as well.

Moreover, the bioconcentration factor (BCF) has been calculated to be 10 L/kg wet-wt by using QSAR estimation based upon the SMILES code of the molecular structure Arnot-Gobas BCF & BAF Methods by structural fragmentation of the EPI Suite v4.1.
