Additional information

In a 96h acute toxicity study, Brachydanio rerio was exposed to a surrogate test substance at 10g/l in drinking water. No mortalities were observed at 24h, 48h, 72h, or 96h. Based on the results of this study, the surrogate hydrocarbon oligomer, and by inference Pentadecane, 7-methylene mixed with 1-tetradecene, dimers and trimers, hydrogenated does not need to be classified for environmental toxicity under either the EU DSD or the EU GHS classification regulation.
