Additional information

A GLP acute toxicity study conducted according to EPPO guideline 170 with Honeybee as a test organism is available for epoxiconazole. The test was performed as a multiple dose test with the following doses for oral and contact route: 6.25, 12.50, 25.00, 50.00, 100.00 μg/bee. The study has been compared to OECD 213 (1998) and OECD 214 (1998) validity criteria. Overall, the study is considered valid.

The following relevant oral and contact LD50 values are > 83 and 100 µg/bee, respectively (Schur. Rep.no.: 1999/11547, 1999).
