Description of key information

The log Kow of the test substance was found to be <-4.3 at 25°C.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Log Kow (Log Pow):
at the temperature of:
25 °C

Additional information

A study was conducted to determine the partition coefficient of the two structural analogues according to EU Method A.8 and OECD Guideline 107 in compliance with GLP.

The n-octanol/water partition coefficient of the test substance was performed according to the flask-shaking method. The log Kow of the test substance was determined using HPLC method.

Under the study conditions, the log Kow of the structual analogues was determined to be <-4.4 and <-4.3.
