Additional information

Sodium Bromide is an inorganic salt which dissociates upon dissolution in water into the stable Na+ and Br- ions.

The photolytic stability of these ions is confirmed by their ubiquitous nature in the marine environment.

Studies to determine the abiotic degradation of sodium bromide are therefore scientifically unjustified.
