Description of key information

According to column 2 Annex VII of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH), the water solubility was not conducted as the substance
is hydrolytically instable at pH 4, 7 and 9. As an approximation of the water solubility the value of 440 mg/L can be regarded. It was
determined from an hydrolysis experiment (Horrobin_1963) and very likely is to high extent due to supersaturating effects in the experiments.
Exact water solubility for Cyanuric chloride is not determinable as the substance hydrolyzes rapidly in water.
