- Method: The test substance was stirred in M4 medium for about 20 hours at 20 ± 2 °C. Undissolved test substance was removed by centrifugation (approximateiy 20 min at about 17700 G). The nominal concentration of the eluate was 100 mg/L.

In a guideline study following OECD 202 the acute toxicity of the substance to Daphnia magna was tested (BASF AG, 2001). The exposure was conducted in a static system. Based on the mobility of the animals after 48 hours no effects were observed up to the limit of water solubility (at a nominal loading rate of 100 mg/L).
